Terms of Use – IAB Europe Live

Welcome to the IAB Europe Live. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IAB Europe Live platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

Intellectual Property Rights All content and materials provided on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and videos, are the intellectual property of IAB Europe or its content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Platform without prior written consent from IAB Europe.

7. Fees and Payment Courses will require payment. Fees for these services will be displayed before you commit to a purchase. All payments are refundable up to seven days before the course begins. 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. IAB Europe does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAB Europe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Platform.

10. Termination IAB Europe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Platform, and all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgium.
